Talk Home App allows its users to cancel their subscriptions whenever they want without incurring any additional charges. You can easily cancel your bundles any time you want. Once you cancel the bundle, it will not renew the next time. But you can keep using the already paid subscription until the period expires. You can disable your subscription by following these steps from your Talk Home App:
- Open the Talk Home App from your Mobile.
- From the bottom of your screen, select “help”.
- From the next screen, select ‘Email’.
- Now select “Other”. Mention your mobile number along with the subscription plan you want to cancel.
- Finish the process by sending the email.
Your amount will be refunded by the Talk Home server. If you have not used the bundles till now, you will be refunded either in your bank account or as Talk Home credit. Or you can also call the customer service representative on +443309937339. The representative of Talk Home App will cancel your subscription and send the money/credit back to your account.
