How to Redeem EE Top-up Voucher?

Once you’ve received a EE mobile top-up voucher from Talk Home App, here’s how you can redeem the voucher code:

Method 1: Top-Up by Phone

1. Dial 150 from your EE mobile.
2. Follow the voice instructions provided by the automated system.
3. Once the top-up process is complete, you will receive a text notification confirming that your call credit has been successfully topped up.

Method 2: Top-Up by Text

1. Create a new text message on your EE mobile.
2. In the message body, type: VO [space] [the 16-digit voucher code provided to you]. For example: VO 1234567891234567 (enter the voucher code without any spaces).
3. Send the text to the number 150.
4. You will receive a confirmation text once your call credit has been topped up.

Method 3: Top-Up from Abroad

1. To top up from abroad, you can either call 360 from your EE mobile phone, or you can call +44 7953 966 250 from any other phone.
2. Follow the provided instructions to complete the top-up process.
