I'm Having Trouble Calling. What should I Do?

Talk Home App works on either Wi-Fi or local access lines to connect you internationally. If you’re having trouble calling, it may be due to poor Wi-Fi connectivity, low account balance, outdated app version, or a problem with your phone.


You can troubleshoot on these issues yourself by checking Wi-Fi connection, account balance and app version. If everything is working fine, and you’re still getting trouble calling, please contact our support at cs-app@talkhome.co.uk so they can guide you in solving your issue.
