You need to top-up your account when you get a low credit message. Be sure to top-up before making any calls or sending international top-ups.
To top-up your account from the app, follow these simple steps:
- Launch the Talk Home App from your mobile.
- Select ‘Top up’ from either the dial menu or the quick access menu at the bottom.
- Select the Payment method you wish to pay with.
And you get your account topped up in the blink of an eye! Now you can resume using your app for international connectivity again.
Also, you can activate auto top-up if you do not want to see the low credit message again.
