Recharging your phone has never been easier. If you’re running out of credit, use our top-up service to recharge and get your credit instantly. Auto top-up or auto-recharge is a hassle-free option you can avail of while recharging your Talk Home App account via debit/credit card. 

This helps ensure you always have credit available to stay connected with your loved ones. You can turn this feature On or Off any time you like and control the limit it renews each time. 


‘Threshold for Recharge’ starts as low as £1 up to £5, and the ‘Recharge Amount’ you can select ranges from £5 to £25. 


How Can I Activate an Auto Top-up? 

To activate the Auto Top-up, open your Talk Home App, and follow these easy steps: 

  1. Go to the Quick Access Menu at the bottom of your screen. 
  2. Select the ‘Top-up’ option. 
  3. Choose ‘Top-up by Card’. 
  4. Activate ‘Auto Recharge’ if not Active by default. 
  5. Select the Top-up amount ranging from £5 to £25. 
  6. Tap on ‘Continue’. 
  7. Enter your Card Details and tap on ‘Continue’. 

Congrats! Your ‘Auto Top-up’ is now activated. 


How Much Amount Will be Topped-up Automatically? 

After you activate the ‘Auto Top-up’ option, you need to select the amount of money you want to top-up to your Talk Home Account from the ‘Threshold for Recharge’ and the ‘Recharge Amount’ options. The exact amount of money will automatically be charged as a top-up from your available credit in your account.
